Chicken thighs (breast can be used here as well). Boneless and skinless is best. 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom (or anything you want really) 1 bag frozen peas and carrots The Scarborogh Fair Spices (parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme) combine all ingredients in crock. Use enough Carlos Rossi Chablis to thin the soups stir up well and turn on high cook on high for about 3 hours.......add more spices as needed and turn to low cook on low for another few hours serve over egg noodles
